Information for Researchers

Research at DTBThe Daisy Tumour Bank (DTB) is currently accruing samples and associated data. The DTB is not open to researchers for access at this time.

Access to samples from the DTB is only permitted to bona fide researchers and for cancer research purposes only. Proof of ethical approval and funding for research is required.

Researchers should contact the DTB informally in the first instance outlining the nature of their access request to determine whether a formal request should be submitted.

The DTB is licensed to store human tissue by the Human Tissue Authority (licence number 12078), until required for ethically approved cancer research. The DTB is currently accruing sample collections for cancer research. The following samples are to be collected.
